20% Salicylic acid has many benefits including reducing inflammation, deep exfoliation benefits, and improving superficial pigmentation. One of its key features is its lipophilic nature, that penetrates through sebum and lipids found on the skin. This improves the penetration of all other ingredients into the skin.
3% 4-butyl resorcinol is a tyrosinase inhibitor with a large body of clinical evidence. This ultimately reduces melanin production.
Glutathione is another new ingredient, well known for its brightening and antioxidant benefits.
This chemical peel can be done after the patient has had at least two professional melanostop tranex mesopeels. It is safe to use on all skin types, and highly customisable depending on the type and severity of pigmentation being treated.
